For nearly a decade, Catalytic Health Partners has been dedicated to bringing Thanksgiving to Arizonans unable to leave their homes, ensuring everyone can celebrate with dignity, joy, and the warmth of connection. This annual tradition highlights the organization’s mission to address not just physical well-being but also the emotional and social aspects of well-being that are so vital during the holiday season.
By delivering 1,500 meals and enabling shared moments with loved ones, this initiative underscores the profound importance of connection and belonging. It serves as a heartfelt reminder of the strength found in community, the impact of compassion, and the enduring power of generosity to uplift and unite us all.
“We take care of people who can be invisible," said George Bradbury, vice president of physical health. "This is an opportunity to make them visible and make them feel as though they are seen."
The initiative would not be possible without the tireless efforts of more than 100 volunteers and the support of community partners like Bashas’, who prepared the meals with care. Volunteers spanned across three counties, delivering food and a message of hope and compassion to those who needed it most.
"Thank you to all in our community who are supportive of the CHP model and mission to make this all possible," said Susan Cordts, founder and CEO of Catalytic Health Partners. "In my mind, there is no better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than to be able to share what we have with others. Thank you for joining us on this mission."
