We’re grateful to be part of the work happening at Esperanza Village, a new transitional-housing community in Tucson designed to give residents safety, stability, and a path forward. CHP team members are on-site each weekday, helping residents build wellbeing through behavioral health support, medical care, and connection to vital resources.
Recently, AZPM—southern Arizona’s NPR affiliate—reported on the work taking place at Esperanza Village and the role CHP plays in supporting residents with whole-person care.
