Delivering Thanksgiving meals to homebound Arizonans

For the tenth year, CHP volunteers spent Thanksgiving morning delivering complete holiday meals to homebound Arizonans who would otherwise go without. This year’s effort grew to 2,300 meals—a 50% increase from last year—made possible by our dedicated team members and community partners across the state.
KOLD News 13’s Renee Romo joined our volunteers on Thanksgiving morning, capturing moments from the deliveries and speaking with team members about why this effort is so important.
We’re grateful for everyone who helped bring comfort, connection, and nourishment to our neighbors this holiday season.
